of tours, therefore the type of services that is provided for
each tour package depends on the nature of trip and the
inquiries we receive from the travelers and companies.

IMPORTANT
NOTES:
No responsibility is accepted for the following matters:

Unpredictable events which causes extra expenses during the
operating time of tour, for example if it happens that during
the running time of program the weather condition changes
suddenly and this affects the normal running of scheduled and
pre-agreed program and consequently affects on the provided
services, in that case Araz will apply necessary changes to
continue the running of tour and will ask the group to pay
for the caused changes/ added services separately.

Expenses caused due for not running the program according to
the fixed itinerary should be covered by the clients
separately such as:

Delay in landing/taking off of International/domestic flights
which affects the scheduled and agreed tour program
and consequently on the pre-made tour arrangements (transfers,
hotel bookings, etc.) This matter applies to the cancellation
of domestic/international flights for any reason.

Matters such as visa problems, lost baggage, waiting long at
the Customs of airport/border, or similar matters.

Reconfirmation of International tickets should be done by the
group.
-The group members are responsible for taking care of their
personal equipments and belongings.

If your program is shortened for any reasons beyond our
control, Araz is not liable for any refunds of the amount
already paid.
PAYMENT CONDITION:
After receiving written confirmation on the operation of the
agreed and fixed program, Araz will apply for the visa
authorization of the group and once the visa authorization No
is issued, we will keep you informed and at the same time we
request to remit the payment via bank transfer as follows:

30% of the total tour price as pre-payment, 30 days left
to the starting date of the program must have been
transferred to the following bank account. |

The balance of 70% must have been transferred to Araz bank
account before the group's arrival to Iran. |
The balance of 70% will be collected in cash & USD on the
firs date of group’s tour in Iran. |

CANCELLATION
CONDITION:
Cancellations must be sent in written form to the management
of Araz.

Araz will deduct the bank commission from pre-payment and
will refund the remaining amount. |
Araz will refund 50% of the pre-payment amount.

VISA:
Araz obtains visa for the travelers who take their tour with
us. After receiving written confirmation on the operation of
the agreed and fixed program, we email
visa form and request to
fill it in and send it back to us with the copy of passport
scans. Once receiving the necessary info, we start necessary
procedure to apply for the authorization No. it normally takes
between 10-15 working days from the day we submit the
documents to the visa department to get reply, please note
that in some cases it happens that the surveying process may
take longer).
As soon we receive reply from visa department, we will email
you the details and ask to refer to Iran consulate (where you
have specified in your visa form) to collect your visas.
Consulate visa Fee varies according to nationality of
applicant, type of' visa and the existing regulation between
countries.
